Shri J. G. Co-Operative Hospital and Research Institute, Ghataprabha is a State level Charitable Co-operative Society and a trust established in the year 1951. We are providing satisfactory and high quality health services in Medical, Nursing, Education and Social services to Rural, Poor and needy people.

The founder president late Shri Jagadguru Gurusiddheswar Rajayogindra Mahaswamiji had a great faith in serving the poor and downtrodden from which he attains Joy of Self Realisation, He believes that work is worship. He always strives hard to give best possible education and health through various programmes.

The next president Late Shri Jagadguru Dr. Gangadhar Rajayogindra Mahaswamiji extended the sevices of previous swamiji with more interest and potential.

Now Shri Jagadguru Gurusidda Rajayogindra mahaswamiji of Moorusaviara Math, Hubli is the President of the society. Shri swamiji is always doing hardwork to provide best and quality education to the poor and rural children, pure, clean and healthy drinking water to public, food and residential facility for the students. Shri swamiji always believes that Health is not a commodity that can be brought from a medical shop but has to be obtained by changing the life style and implementing the laws of Nature with the right mental attitude.

The board of directors works as per the directions of mahaswamiji and tries to fulfil his willingness satisfactorily. Hence our organization started new ayurvedic medical college (both UG & PG in various disciplines). With an idea of providing holistic care, we have established Smt Parwati Basavaraj Bhooplapur Naturopathy and Yoga Centre.

Shri J.G. Co-operative Hospital Society is a non-profit organization. To meet the expenses we have started a HEALTH FUND. All the donations that are sponsored in providing best health services to poor & rural people will get 100% Income Tax Exemption u/s 35AC or 80GGA of Income Tax Act 1961 in India.

2. General Nursing Diploma Course School.
3. Nursing College with UG & PG Courses.
4. Ayurvedic Medical College with UG & PG Courses.
5. Junior Health Assistant Female Training School.
6. Naturopathy and Yoga Centre.
7. 200 beded Ayurvedic Hospital with Panchakarma Therapy.
8. Working Women Hostel.
9. Shri Jagadguru Gangadhar Murusaviramth Prasad Nilaya.

Public Service -

1. 1st and 2nd Metarnity/pregnancy cases will be treated free of cost including treatment, medicines, immunization and sterilization operation.
2. All T.B. Indoor patients are given free food and Tiffin through SHRI JAGADGURU GANGADHAR MURUSAVIRAMATH HUBLI PRASAD NILAYA.
3. All Maternity patients and poor patients are given free food and Tiffin with the help of SHRI GOKUL EDUCATION TRUST BANGALORE.
4. Very poor are treated free or at concessional charges and all others are treated at reasonable and affordable minimum charges irrespective of caste, creed, class and area.
5. We conduct free Blood Donation Camps, Free Eye Checkup, Cataract Operation Camps, Special Health Checkup Camps for ladies, Cancer Detection Camps, Orthopedic and Dental Checkup and Treatment camps in villages and in Hospital.
6. We conduct health awareness camps, HIV/AIDS awareness and control camps in nearby villages.
7. Our team of doctors visit government schools and treat the needy students free of cost.
8. Every month surrounding villages are visited by our team of Doctors with Para Medical staff to treat the children and mothers free of cost..
